Case review forms: name, phone, email (optional), and the description you provide. We collect this only when you submit a form with the consent box checked.

Automatically: standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to connect you with an independent, licensed attorney or case specialist, as described in the consent language at the point of collection. We do not sell your information to data brokers. Analytics data is used to improve our content.

Advertising and cookies

Some informational pages display ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. See how Google uses data from partner sites.

Sharing

If you request a case review, we share your submission with the participating law firm(s) relevant to your case and location — that is the service you're requesting. We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) bound by their own privacy obligations.
